I am a Senior Registered Clinical Psychologist with an Honours Degree in Psychology from The University of Sydney and a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of NSW. I am a full member of the Australian Psychological Society.
I am currently unavailable for new bookings.
I have a longstanding interest in understanding how people navigate life’s challenges. While my career began in the corporate world, I was always drawn to what motivates people, their resilience and what helps them thrive. This led to change in my career path and retraining as a Clinical Psychologist.

Over the past 20 years I have worked with children, teens, parents and adults in both private practice and community mental health settings. I have experience working with a broad range of mental health including anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma & PTSD, attachment-based challenges, behavioural & emotional difficulties and parenting issues.
I aim to create a therapeutic space that is thoughtful, respectful and collaborative.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies and I work with clients to tailor treatment to individual goals and values. Drawing on an individual’s strengths I aim to help build insight, develop effective strategies and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.

I aim to find a balance to my clinical work and enjoy spending time outdoors, being with family & friends and practicing yoga. The value the simple things and spend time cooking, reading and going to the movies.
