I am a Registered Psychologist. I completed my Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney.
I grew up in a small, close‑knit island community, where I learned the importance of connection and supporting one another.
My interest in psychology developed over years of working in health roles within the Australian Army, where I saw the profound impact mental health has on people’s lives.
These early influences continue to shape the way I work as a psychologist today. I feel privileged to be welcomed into people’s lives and to support meaningful change, with trust and a calm, supportive space at the heart of my therapeutic approach.

I hold a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Technology, Sydney and have experience across community health and hospital settings.
I have helped clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, emotional dysregulation, substance use, performance-related concerns, interpersonal difficulties, and chronic medical conditions (including cancer treatment and living with HIV).
I also have experience in addressing sexual health concerns and working with culturally-diverse populations.
My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative.
I aim to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood, and where they can explore both their strengths and challenges without judgement and at their own pace.
I work in a practical, values-based way, supporting clients to develop insight, build effective coping strategies, and make meaningful changes aligned with what matters most to them. I am committed to helping clients cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and a life that feels purposeful and authentic.
