I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Canterbury. I am an experienced, Registered Clinical Psychologist who has worked across inpatient, community, and private practice settings.
As a young person, I volunteered with people with disabilities—an experience that gave me an early appreciation for empathy, patience, and meeting people exactly where they are.
Early work roles followed, supporting residents in a therapeutic community for drug and alcohol rehabilitation. These experiences would later draw me into psychology, setting the course for the rest of my career.
I feel privileged to be trusted with people’s most vulnerable moments, and I bring a calm, grounded, and genuinely curious presence into every session.

Over the years, working across hospital and a variety of community mental health settings has deepened my respect for how differently people experience and cope with adversity.
I have worked extensively with adults and adolescents experiencing trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and other complex presentations.
I have a particular interest in supporting people with trauma, alongside broader experience in psychological and neuropsychological assessment.
As a psychologist in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, I work with adults, adolescents and parents, supporting them through:
• Trauma-related disorders and PTSD
• Anxiety disorders
• Mood disorders, including depression
• Neurodiversity
• Complex trauma and interpersonal violence
• Adjustment to life transitions
• Schizophrenia and paranoia

I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel genuinely heard and understood, and where we can explore both strengths and struggles at a pace that feels right for you. I believe that real change happens through connection, trust, and curiosity.
I am committed to helping you build insight, develop practical strategies and positive ways of coping, and move towards a life that feels meaningful and true to your values.
I am continually moved by people’s resilience and their capacity to overcome what life throws at them. Life can be hard, sometimes unfairly so, but with the right tools and support, I truly believe you can move through difficult challenges.

My treatment approach is grounded in proven, evidence-based therapies including:
• EMDR
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors—hiking, at the beach, or simply soaking up the sun. I also love practising yoga and spending time with friends, and I’m drawn to the visual arts, finding a lot of inspiration in painting and film.
Having recently moved from New Zealand to Sydney, I’m still getting used to sharing hiking trails with a bit more wildlife than I’m accustomed to!
