I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist with a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology and PhD from the University of Sydney and am a Board-Approved supervisor. I have been practicing as a Clinical Psychologist for over 10 years. I practise in an open and caring manner and use evidence-based treatment to help my clients overcome challenges.
From an early age, I have been fascinated by the way humans interact with one another and respond to difficult situations. As I grew older, I began to reflect on how I could help others understand themselves, maintain healthy relationships and live fulfilling lives. This passion naturally led me to pursue a career in clinical psychology.

I’ve been privileged to work as a clinical psychologist for over a decade, bringing both extensive training and dedication to my practice. Along with my Doctor of Clinical Psychology and PhD from the University of Sydney, I completed specialised training at the Calgary Family Therapy Centre in Canada. My doctoral research explored the relationship between self-esteem and depression in adolescents, and I’ve contributed to the field through publications in international journals.
My professional journey has been enriched by diverse experiences with individuals across the lifespan. I spent several years with Open Arms (Department of Veterans Affairs), supporting military veterans and their families through their unique challenges in both Darwin and Sydney. During my time in Darwin, I also served as a lecturer at Charles Darwin University and contributed as a member of their Human Research Ethics Committee for over five years.
I have previously worked for a Drug Health Service in NSW Health for youth and young adults 12 to 25 years. I have also practised in psycho-oncology and inpatient mental health.
I bring warmth, empathy and genuine care to every therapeutic relationship. I am caring and open in my approach and provide compassionate, non-judgemental support. My practice combines compassionate support with evidence-based treatments that work. I believe in working collaboratively with you to find the approaches that best fit your unique needs and circumstances.
