I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. I hold an Honours Degree in Psychology from The University of Wollongong and a Master of Clinical Psychology from Macquarie University. I am also a Member of the Australian Clinical Psychological Association.
I have always been fascinated by the human mind and inspired by the ways people can grow and adapt, even in the face of adversity.
Early in my career, I worked as a disability support worker, where I saw firsthand how individuals and families could create meaningful and fulfilling lives despite the challenges they faced.
This experience motivated me to take pursue a pathway in clinical psychology, where I feel privileged to walk alongside people in difficult times, helping them to draw on their strengths and build fulfilling and balanced lives.

My experience includes working with people facing various challenges, including anxiety and depression, OCD, trauma and trauma-related disorders, work and life stress, adjustment to change, adjustment to illness or disability, and behavioural and emotional difficulties.
I have experience working with children, families, and adults across hospitals, university clinics, and community programs. This includes the delivery of individual therapy to provide tailored support for complex mental health needs. Alongside my role at McKinnon Psychology, I work as a part of a multidisciplinary team supporting young people in their rehabilitation from traumatic experiences.
Across these roles, I have developed a strong foundation in multidisciplinary collaboration and evidence-based practice across the lifespan.
My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centred.
I believe each individual carries unique strengths and inner resources, and my role is to help uncover and build on these strengths. Through a collaborative and trusting partnership, I offer guidance and practical strategies while supporting individuals to make meaningful and lasting changes.

As a psychologist, I work with adults, young people and parents in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
