As a dedicated and enthusiastic client support officer at McKinnon Psychology, I ensure our clients receive exceptional care, always delivered with warmth and good humour.
In the Beginning
I started my university career studying Chemistry and Computer Science, but found myself drawn to a Psychology elective unit.
I have always been interested in the power of the mind and found the scientific approach of psychology fascinating and challenging.
My Career
I have completed a Bachelors of Psychological Science (Hons) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Computer Science.
Outside of university, I have previously worked in customer service and administrative positions, garnering ten years of customer facing experience.
My Role at the Clinic
At McKinnon Psychology, I provide administrative support to our psychologists while also being the welcoming face in the waiting room or the friendly voice assisting clients over the phone.
In My Spare Time
When I’m not catching up with family, my passion for personal well-being and appreciation for nature often lead me to the beach, camping, or staying active in the gym with friends.
